Any feedback out there on the Hornady Aluminum tip bullets as far as performance on game? Tried some 166 gr. 7MM in my WSM and they were very accurate. Just wondering if anyone has some real hunting experience to share.

I got some 190's to try in my 7 STW, been hearing good things with them on game as well

There is some info on Long range only about the 230 A-tips. I'm not a regular on that forum. I sort of had to interpret their results and determine what it meant to me because everything over there is compared to the 215 Berger moving @ 3050fps ( which is no doubt awesome) but I do believe the 230 A tip will do just fine at 300 win mag plus velocities

They have been doing really well in there 28 Sherman Mag and 28 noslers so I thought it would work out of my stw
