I have been able to take several coyotes now with a 22 hornet with the 35HH and a 221 fireball with the 44HH and not one of them has even attempted to run or even move for that matter, all have had exited with about a dime sized hole. I have also noticed when picked up by the back legs a tremendous amount of blood pours out their mouth...best killing bullets I've seen for these small cartridges for sure

I'm surprised those pups didn't die from strangulation. That's not how their mother carries them...

That is a pretty stock you got there! I have an affinity for laminates!

That's gonna be an awesome deer load
I am thinking the 124HHs in my 270 are going to be the medicine for WT. I am of the opinion, that one can never overestimate what it might take to kill the trophy of a lifetime........when he finally walks out. So I always err on the safe side of "enough".
Now, even I know that my 28 Nosler with the 169 HH at 3250 fps (or 195 Berger) is a bit much gun for WT.....so it just stands by in the CanAm waiting for a Nilgai to show.

I get it, I used my 338 lapua with 260HH on a deer this year only to see how the bullet would perform. I spent my early years using 30 cal mags for whitetail and oh boy do they work but the last 10 years or so it's been mostly fast stepping 25, 24 or 22 caliber for me and I've found they work very well with proper shot placement, I say use what you want... if you can put put a good in the boiler room they all will get the job done
