Would a Browning a-bolt action make a good action for a custom rifle and if so could it be blue printed easily or would it really need it ----thanks
 
That depends on what you want to do and who you want to do it. I have heard some people say that its harder to work on them because the barrels had glue like locktite on the threads and that the stainless ones could be a pain to pull apart. I have talked to Jim See at centershotrifles.com about it and he said he would rebarrel mine if I wanted... give your smith a call and ask him, or call some of the sponsers on here and ask them if they have ever worked on them.
With the browning you don't have the aftermarket trigger selection or the scope base selection if you want a bace with any moa built in. But if your happy with the trigger use it
