879 pound Black Bear taken - PA

Hey friends,

I just wanted to say it was not my intention to come across as harsh when I wrote "Respect my opinion and I'll respect yours." Indeed, as hunters we should respect each other's points of view when we differ. I understand what's been said though. It may have been a legal kill but was it the best hunting situation? For some hunters, no it probably wasn't. And I respect that. For me though, it wouldn't have been a problem. I was just trying to point out a few of the non-sensical things associated with this situation.

I've been on some forums that have waaayyy too much testosterone. In fact, I'm spending more time on this site than I am on an old haunt because of that. Guys have differences of opinion and things get ugly real quick. LRH is a good forum with members who are civil to each other and I intend to fit in.
