800-1200 yrd ranges in NC?

Hey guys I'm still new with the site but I can't seem to find a thread with different range locations, does anyone know of any 800-1200 yrd ranges in Western NC? or NC in general?.

there is a range just outside of wilkesboro nc. I haven't been their yet. I think it is called hawk's ridge. anyway it is a 1000 yard range. they have a website.

I've heard of hawks ridge but I didnt know it was that big, thanks for the help.

Check out North State Shooting Club. They hold matches at Camp Butner which has a 1000 yd range.

I just saw a website for a range in VA where interstate 77 meets interstate 81, they have long range shoots out to 1050yrds and they have long range seminars as well as range rentals. That's not far from the NC line. I would be interested to talk to someone that has shot there.

That's BangSteel.com Dan is a great guy and very informative. has a great place to shoot out to 1 mile. Have shot with him numerous times as well as have taken a lot of folks there to shoot.
