7mm WSM Outside neck diameter

Guys I am ordering some special dies for my 7WSM and needed one of you with a 7 WSM to do me a favor if you could. I need someone to measure the outside neck diameter of one of your rounds.

Here is the thing, since all companies tend to have different numbers I need someone who is using Winchester unturned brass. I have to have this number in order to get a special sized bushing for that exact round.

I measured 10 rounds of a friends re-loads. Aparently they are not very consistant and I doubt that he used a bushing die judging from the results. All were WW Brass
1 @ 0.3125
4 @ 0.3135
1 @ 0.3140
1 @ 0.3145
2 @ 0.3150
1 @ 0.3155
