Yesterday I ordered a 7mm Hart barrel to build a 1000 yard rifle on. I ordered it with a 1 in 8 twist. The more I think about it would a 1 in 9 have been a better way to go? I intend to shoot the 168 Berger VLD and possibly the 180 Berger if the 168 don't work. Any one have any experience or thoughts on this.

I have a 1 in 11 twist Pac Nor Super Match on a 7 MM RUM which has no problem stablizing 168 gr MKs.

Berger Bullets suggest 1-9" twist for the 180 gr and it would work for the 168 gr to.
good day.
