7mm STW and Berger

I have a M70 Laredo in 7mm STW and was wondering what Berger bullet weight I should try?

i would go with the 180 in an stw, if you have fast enough twist.

I would try the 168 VLD Hunting bullet as well as the 180 VLD Hunting bullet.
I have used the 168 in my 280 AI with excellent results both at the range and in the field. I'm going to try the 180 in my 7mm RUM and hope I have the same results?

Not sure if my rifle will stabilize the 180gr. Does anyone know what the twist is on the M70 Laredo? Berger recommends a 1-9" twist for the 180gr.
