7mm stw and 160 accubond

Do any of you guys have a good load for the 7mm stw and the 160 accubond?

I've been using 78.0 gr. of R-25. It has been a great load for me. 3250 fps in a 24" barrel. 2"groups @ 300yd.

Most STW's I have shot like H-1000 the best for Accuracy and R-22 for Velocity. With 82 grains of H-1000 I was getting 3260FPS out of my Sendero. If you use H-1000 I would start at 77gr and work your way up.

Best results in my rifle were with 80-81gr of H1000 or Retumbo. I chose the Retumbo because it should have a little less pressure and the accuracy was the same.

You may even be able to load a bit higher with the Retumbo but in my rifle the accuracy started to decline as I increased the charge weight.
