I tried H1000, RL 26, IMR 4831, retumbo, and RL 22. My 7mm liked RL 22 the best. Might need to try a few to see what works best.
I think quarter minute at 200 is decent enough
im not really a speed guy myself.

wish I had google fu'ed this thread before now. I just tried 568 with 160 Nosler from 68.2-70 grs. I ended up with 2720 as my highest average. That was from a 22" barrel. I would like to end up around 2900'ish or more. I was going by gordon's reloading tool. However, adjusting after this weekends learning I think I'd need to be closer to 73 grs to hit 2900. I get the same velocity with about .7 grs less of Retumbo.

I would look to something more in the H4831/Rl23/N560 range for the 160s.
Thinking you may not be able to pressure up with that powder and the lighter pills.
