Here is a link for quite a few cases. The unit of measurement is water. 300 Win is 89. Would imagine 7mm/300 version would be a tiny bit less.

I agree forming the 7mm/300 win is about as easy as it gets.

I think it was around 87-88grs of water in the cases I did.
