7mm berger bullet choice

Working on a 7 SAUM build and wondering what everyone prefers for bullets. Will be loaded in a long action so length is not a concern. I am partial to bergers. The 215 hybrid and 156 elite have worked wonders for me in the past. I think i have it narrowed down to the 175 elite hunter or the 180 hybrid. What do you guys think?
195's are shooting awesome in my 7 wsm.
Getting 2900 in a 22" barrel with RL26, I've been shooting 2" groups at 800.
Avoid the 175 ABLRS for long range, I had a really bad experience with them this season on a big bull at 780 yards

What's the twist rate for your barrel? Here is Berger's twist rate calculator. If it has an SG over 1.5, go with the highest BC bullet. https://bergerbullets.com/twist-rate-calculator/

I am running 175 elite hunters in my 7 SAUM with a 26" Proof 8.4 twist. I use H1000 and Norma brass at 2930 and they hammer deer and antelope. I didn't have an elk tag this year so no report on elk performance. They shoot great in my rifle. My OAL is 3.050" and they do like to jump in my rifle. .050" jump.

That is in a short action i am assuming? I'm hoping to gain some velocity by going long action but not lose too much by going 22" barrel.

It looks like I am in the minority but I prefer the Berger 180 VLD. I run mine at 2940 and have only shot a handful of blacktail deer with them before CA's copper bullet deal. They have worked well from 125 yards to 730. It may be a little tougher to find the sweet spot than a hybrid tho.

168 gr VLD hunters out of a model 7 Rem.

I have used the 180 ELD-m,180 vld, 184 hybrids 175 elite and now use the 180 hybrids in my 7 saum. Remy short action with a 26 broughton barrel pushes the hybrids @ 3014 fps over RL26 in ADG brass
I've had great on game performance on deer elk and black bear with the hybrids
Longest shot was 1159 yards on a big cow elk. Quartering away. Hit the off shoulder and dropped dead.
