7mm 168gr Nosler LRAB load data

Wondering if anyone can help me out? I don't have any of the powders listed on the Nosler website for a 7mm Rem Mag for this bullet (I'm loading for a Ruger #1). Wondering is anyone has used H1000 or Retumbo with this bullet and could recommend starting powder charges and length (distance from lands?).

I have a ladder test loaded up that i still need to shoot.

168 ABLR
H1000 loaded from 65gr-72gr in .5gr increments
Win brass
Fed 215m
OAL- 3.351
 
I've had good luck starting with the tested COAL that Nosler lists, EXCEPT their .300 blkout COAL... tis a bit dangerous by 20k psi with my components capacity.

If you want speed, Retumbo is estimated to be a bit faster. Actual results may vary as your components are surely different than what was used for the model, and I am guessing that you have a 26" barrel here. Using Noslers case capacity. If the velocities are close to real world results, I'd venture to say you'll find your top node somewhere near 69.7gr of 1000. Just a SWAG.

I shoot a Remington 700 SPS Stainless chambered in 7mm Rem Mag. I custom load 168gr. Nosler Accubond LR and 168gr. Berger VLD hunting bullets. I use 66grs of IMR 7828 and have chronograph velocity of 3000fps. I love this combo, shoots great with a 26" barrel with a twist rate of 1:9.25
