7mm 162 a-max

has any one killed any thing out to 800 TO 1000 yards with the 162 A-MAX ? WOULD THE Berger be a better bullet out of a 7mm STW ? Thanks for info. Joe

I would suggest the Bergers (if you can find any and get them to shoot) over the A- Max. A friend of mine has lost a couple deer with his STW at 500-1000yards with the a-max but none since switching to Bergers. Hope this helps.
