Just purchased a custom 7mm-08 and am looing for some load data using the 162 AMAX.

My loads are for 26 inch Criterion in Savage Long Action (previous life a .270)

In my rifle I found the LOWEST SD and BEST accuracy at 1000 yards was with the H414 powder at 44 Grains.
At 600 yards i could not distinguish a more accurate load combination.

The Lake City Brass was slightly heavier and less case volume than the Lapua. ie.... slightly higher velocity/pressure with Lake City over the Lapua
