7LRM Barrel twist

I'm currently building a 7LRM with a hart barrel. I know gunwerks uses a 1in9 twist in their rifle to shoot the 180gr berger. Sierra calls for a 1in8 or faster for the 180smk and matrix call for 1in9 for the 190s. Is their that much difference in the bullets to have different twist rate? Will the 1in9 stabilize the 180smk's?

Yes it will stabilize smk's.

I shoot Berger 180 hybrids in a 9 twist. No problems stabilizing. Gotta think SMK's would stabilize as well.
