Just to be clear, was this rifle actually put together by Bobby Hart, or is it a custom rifle put together by someone else that simply has a Hart barrel? Just want to know what I'm looking at.

Put together by someone else and just has a hart barrel. Have a deal pending now. Will weight tonight
