The man deserves credit for overcoming the non-modern case design, belted case, and inferior ballistics as compared to the Creedmoor to accomplish this feat.

I guess I don't really understand the problem with the belted case, and why it's not just like any other case to prep for reloading. And I would take the 284 over the 264 all day every day. Just my 2 cents worth.
