I got this gun in Friday, to be honest I do not like the MTU contour. Typical Rifle from Lee Gardner, Outstanding in every way. Just heavier than I want. I want exactly what I have in it.
Remington SA trued
NF 20 MOA base
Jewel trigger about 6 ounces with safety
Spiral fluted bolt with badger handle
Krieger 26" MTU contour barrel 8 twist with brake
Bottom metal with detachable magazine (feeds like a dream)
Mcmillan stock pillared and bedded
All metal cerakoted - Gun is really sweet looking
All gun work done by Lee Gardner Precision
$1800
"Gun has 67 rounds fired. Shoots 3/8ths @ 100 with factory hornady ammunition." I have not fired it but have little doubt this statement is true from previous owner considering who built it. Might consider a Rem 700 .270 or .7mmSTW as partial trade
