6.5x55 Swede for Prairie Dogs

now for something completely different. I have a TC Encore that has been worked on and smoothed out. gave to my son but he asked for the AR15 and after all he's my son. got an accuracy barrel in 6.5x55 8 twist (my mostest favorite calibre) and figured on 107 MK. the length is 22'' and is straight and very heavy. have a Bushnell 6x24 elite 4200 scope new and will get kenton dials for this dedicated rifle so want to get it right the first time. any & all suggestions & info appreciated (speed,load, range, bullets, etc)
