6.5mm, 150gn SMK

Anyone got ahold of these yet? Probably designed mainly for the .26 Nosler but I want to give them a go in my 6.5-284 Norma. With the right powder I think I should be close to 3000fps. Getting that with the 147gn ELD-M now (barrel is 28" Lothar Walther). JohnnyK.

I seen them yesterday when putting in an order for 6.5 bullets yesterday. Midway USA has them. The G1 BC is crazy high. I think it was .713...recommended twist rate is 1:7.5

BTW...they had them in stock yesterday.

I believe that they are pointed from the factory, no open meplat.

I won't be hunting with a bullet that is pointed.

I received an email from Graf & Sons yesterday and they are running Sierra bullets on sale. I wasn't really looking at anything specific, checking prices on several. I didn't see anything missing, however, from .224" up to .284".
