6.5 Sherman proof/stiller

I have a 6.5 Sherman for sale. It was built for me by LRI with a Stiller tac300, proof 8t, trigger tech (I don't remember which model), bdl bottom metal, and a manner eh3 with chassis. It weighs 9pounds 5ounces with the March scope. I have some brass and dies available. The scope, rings, and bipod are not included, but I would negotiate the whole package. The rifle likes the 156 Berger with Retumbo or r26 at 3000fps and the 140 Berger's at 3200. There is less than 200 rounds fired. Not interested in trades. Thanks for looking

Which reticle in that March? Is it illuminated?? It looks like the compact 2.5-25x56??
I've never owned or looked through a March.
I have a S&B Exos and Swaro Z8i and swear I won't use anything else......but I've heard March is **** good glass.
I just sold a sweet 6.5SAUM....loved it but it was a tad heavy and I really wanted something a little lighter. It weighed a touch over 11lbs with the scope.
Man I'd buy your setup in a heartbeat if the barrel wasn't 26". I really want a 22", but would settle for 24".......it's that whole size thing.

I hear ya. I have always hunted with 26" barrels. I don't hunt in thick country so it is not an issue for me, and I'll take the extra velocity. This rifle really balances nicely. The March is the D25V52TM non illuminated, MOA, and second focal plane. I really like the scope ergos and the zero stop is easiest to set of any scope that I've owned. I have some aluminum bottom metal that would save another .5lbs-ish, but it is clear adonized and I haven't had it Cerakote yet.

I am out of Retumbo so I decided to work up a load with RL26 and some Peterson brass that I had COW fire formed. I found a velocity node at 56 and 56.5 grains of the RL26. Move on to a seating depth test and the group below was the best at .010 off.
