Got my 156 Berger's today. Because I don't have my 6.5 SS yet, I gathered a few specs for my 6.5 Sherman. Screwed a new barrel mine (100 Rds) so take that in account for my numbers. Just distance to lands, as I won't have load work-up for awhile.

Comparison is with 140 Berger Hybrid in same chamber. Sorted only one box for base to ogive, but they look very good, 99 we're within .0015".

Thanks David thats very good info! Based on this, I'd say the 6.5 Max cut with the 6.5ss reamer with . 175 free bore and 7 max gauge might work pretty well.

HaHa, I can't keep up with all your new offerings, but there's gotta be one that meets anyone's needs.

Looking forward to seeing how the 156 fits in the .175 fb 6.5 SS or if I'll need to throat it. Of course it depends on OAL.

The nose length looks nearly identical to the 140 hybrid so I think coal will be ok to the lands. Might be a little body inside the case but it should make near 3100'

I would be very interested in how it shoots and your load. My 6.5 Sherman has not been shot in awhile. Time to bring it back out. I sure wish ADG would make brass for us 6.5 Sherman guys.
