6.5 SAUM wiht 100g bullets

Has anyone tried the 100g Sierras or Noslers in the 6.5 SAUM?

I'm having a 6.5 saum built and I know the cartridge is designed for the 130-140s but I'm kicking around the idea of having a 100g load just to blow up groundhogs before hunting season.
