Brand new, unfired 6.5 SAUM for sale. Nothing but the best components (and their associated wait times) went into this rifle.

I went with the 1:7.5 twist and 3.2" action for the larger, longer bullets coming out. Basically trying to future proof this build.

I interviewed three smiths for this build. TS Customs, GAP, and Short Action Customs (SAC). TS Customs absolutely came out ahead.

Whidden Full Length Bushing Dies and 60 Pieces of Hornady brass included.

A beauty so far, can't wait to see it with the stock. What is the barrel length? Which reamer did you use (296 neck ? how much free bore ?)

Travis, @ TS Customs suggested to stick with the standard, no turn GAP4S reamer. The thought behind that was that the newer bullets will likely gain length with a longer nose. I was asking because I was really hoping to get some idea how to set the gun up for the 155 Berger.

I think Berger has really annoyed a lot of people with announcing all these new bullets but not delivering on them.

Next question will likely be about weight. I can't believe Paul hasn't asked yet. :)

5lbs, 2oz. Without stock. I'm going estimate final weight at 8lbs due to the stock being adjustable. Assuming it'll be just under 3lbs.
