6.5 PRC Wheeler Mods to Bergara HMR PRO

I would like to get my factory barreled Bergara Premier HMR Pro's chamber modified with the Alex Wheeler modifications. I live in North Jersey … Morris County.

Can someone suggest the best/ most efficient/ local (if possible) way to accomplish that?

I have seen reference to a T-Handle …. I assume that is a manual way to do this? Would barrel be removed?

No need to take the barrel off if doing the chamber cutting by hand.
I just did that on my new Rem 700 Sendero in 300WM, brass was tight so I had to take .003" off to get a go-gauge to close with just a hint of feel.
I'm sure you could PM Alex Wheeler, he is a member here.
