So I spent the majority of my day doing load development on my rifle and am looking for advice or thoughts.

I would be exploring around 59-59.8 grains. You have a wide window that looks to be repeating in the 2950 range. I would seating depth testing at 59.5 and see how the groups look then. Velocity jumps are normal and you could just be coming out of a "node" when you get over 2960ish.

Personally I'd tweak that that 60.2 load. I'm running 140's at 3100 with RL25 and it's semi hot. You are getting good velocity with those 156s imo.

You thinking seating depth? I'm worried about making it shorter cause I'm just starting to compress the powder

At .6 ya, I think your splitting hairs. Personally I call it quits at .5 but I get it for sure. If you can squeeze a little more out of it see if she likes a longer jump. Especially with the conpressed load. I tend to stay pretty close but a few ventures showed me some rifles just like a little space just my 2c.

^ X2 Seating depth.

Ok, now that i see this…. 2950 is about right. 3080 is too high for that rifle is my guess. Unless you see absolutely zero pressure I think I would explore seating depth. My rifles like 77 thou jump. 2.950 coal. I run 2915 fps in in 22" and 2815 in a 18". Same jump and they are bugholes.

Also, not sure if this rifle is new but it may speed up with 100-200 rounds down the tube.

My PH 2 speed up and settled down a little over 200 rounds down the pipe. 2930 with 156 and Re 26, 2.955", in the .4's when I do my part on bags.

What primers are you using? How are you weighing your powder? Just curious because 58.5+ grains of N565 is getting into high pressure country for most rifles, especially with magnum primers. 60 grains would be a compressed load in mine with 156s.

With that said, if your loads are safe, I would focus around 59.5 grains. Looks like a good, wide node with those velocities.
