For sale today is my 6.5 Grendel Upper. The specs are as follows:
Aero precision flat top upper with forward assist and dust cover.
18" SS medium contour barrel (.750" at gas block) with rifle length gas system, threaded muzzle.
Matching head spaced bolt to this barrel.
17" forearm/hand guard.
Complete BCG and charging handle included.
Purchased the barrel from Prarie Tactical, very good/high quality barrel, but I'm not aware of who supplies their blanks. I'm very pleased with the barrel, comparable to the known customs (Satern, LW) I've had in the past.
Rifle is very accurate with 129 grain Hornady ammo.
80 rounds through the barrel total.
Groups MOA or a bit under at 100 yards. Have yet to hand load for it-I have no doubt groups can shrink quite a bit.
Selling due to just really not needing the upper as I purchased it to shoot 500 yard steel and don't get to near often enough.
