Working safety
7-8.5 lbs for the rifle
With or without scope
Please post groups or what groups it shot for you.

not sure about price, but maybe $1200 max or $1500 with scope.

I have a win 70 6.5 284 I might let go. Bedded Bell Carlson stock, Mcgownan barrel, muzzle break. Around 40ish rounds on it. Will keep the Leupold rail and rings on it also. I traded a friend for it, doesn't have a scope on it at the moment so no pics of groupings. Will post pics if interested when I get home. Price would be $1100

I have a Ruger M77 Stainless 6.5 Creedmoor Hawke Predator SS barrel laminated factory stock. I think it has a 26 inch maybe 28 inch barrel. 20 moa rail on it. Has a Sightron 10-50x60 Moa scope reticle , Burris rings.
Low round count. Heck of a nice gun.
Only reason I might sale it is i bought a AR15 in same cal. Marty

Tikka T3x I bought used from a box store. I am not sure exact model. I suspect it meets all your criteria. I have not weighed it. If I had to guess, I would state it is the light model.

I bought it used for the action in case I ever decide to do a custom build. Only shot a few times by myself for initial load development. Not sure total round count. All groups at 100 yards. Tightest group is 4 shots. Can get you into this gun for well under your max price.

If you want to get serious about purchasing the rifle, I will take pictures and weigh it. Will come without scope but with 20 MOA scope mount.

Tough to beat a tikka T3X. Can get the superlite from sportsman's warehouse for $750. Money to spare for solid scope to stay on budget.

Rifle will be right at 6lbs with 24" barrel. Throw a moderate weight scope and rings your at 7.5lbs.
