6.5 Sherman

Rem 700 LA
McMillan Game Warden stock
Brux 1-8 twist 26" barrel
Jewell trigger
Piercision muzzle brake

140 Gr Berger at .015" off rifling
64 Gr of Retumbo
Avg speed 3205 fps

Love how accurate it is, love no recoil at all with the muzzlebrake. Don't particulary like fireforming but once you do 50-100. It should last you a long time.

6.5 Creed built by APR.
Axiom action, Muller barrel, jewel trigger with a Thunder Beast out front.
Two McM stocks, an A5 adjustable and a Remington hunter. I wasn't planning on two stocks but I found them both used at good deals.
VX6HD 4-24 in Seekins rings.

I've had it to 600 yards at just under .5 moa with minimum load development. Planning to tweak and take it 1k soon.

I wanted something to hunt deer and hogs to reasonable ranges. Then have some fun on the bench and not feel guilty about the barrel. This thing will have lots of barrel life and is very easy on the shoulder.

6.5 SAUM, Tikka action, MPI carbon fiber stock, Mark 5 mounted for testing only.
Shooting 147 ELD-M's at a mild 3050 with 60.5 grains H1000, it's my lightweight long range set up, and weights 5.8 lbs bare.
I shot my last 3 bulls with it because it's so easy to carry way up in the mountains.
25" 8 twist McGowen barrel, really wish I had gone with a 7 twist to handle heavy mono's and future Berger 156 EOL's.
I love the 6.5 SAUM, but for a lightweight 700 yard elk hunting rifle a 6.5 PRC would be hard to beat.

24" barrel, dbm.
I like it quite a bit. The Curtis action is probably my favorite thing about the build. Stock is probably my least favorite thing about it. Wish I had gone with a pure vertical grip, I like the manners prs stocks a lot.

6.5SS
-Lone peak fuzion TI full nitride
-McM game hunter edge
-24" proof sendero 7 twist
-piercision 3 port break
-SOL bottom metal
-Accurate Mag
-Triggertech special
-Swarovski x5 in Hawkins rings for now

-Wish I would of done BDL bottom metal
- I have small hands and wish I would of gone with a manners eh1. Length from grip to trigger is to far on mcmillan stocks

.260 AI
Trued Rem 700 sa
29" Krieger medium Palma 8 twist
MBM Lil Beast 3 port brake
PTG bottom metal, ARC 10 round mag
Timney trigger
B&C stock, modified by me
Vortex Viper 6.5-20 scope

I shoot 140 VLD's at 3070 fps, or 147 ELD-M's at 3040 fps. This gun is pretty heavy, but it is extremly accurate and easy for anyone to shoot. Just this year, my wife took a mule deer at 640, her cow elk at just over 700 yards, a pronghorn at 360 and 500, my sister took a couple pronghorn at 660 yards and 850 yards, and my 12 year old niece took a pronghorn at 340, a little over 400, a buck pronghorn at 980 yards, and a deer at a little over 500 yards. I myself took pronghorn this year at 125, 330, a deer at around 560, and a bull elk at just over 800 yards. It's extremly consistent and my go to.

G.A. Precision 6.5 PRC
-Defiance XM Action
-G.A. bottom metal with Wyatt mag box
-Bartlien #3, 24", 1-8 twist
-APA Little Bastard Brake
-Trigger Tech Diamond set at 1.5#'s
-Manners EH-1
-Tangent Theta 315M Gen 2 Mildot
-Hawkins Precision rings
Don't think I'd change a thing with this one other than I wish it had a fluted barrel, but that's just a purely aesthetic preference I like.

Fosnaugh Custom 6.5x47 Lapua
-Borden Alpine Action
-Benchmark, Sendero fluted contour, 1-8 twist
-Jewell trigger set at 1.5 #'s
-McMillan Edge Rem. Varmint
-NF ATACR 5-25
-Murphy Precision rail
-Seekins rings

Wish I would have done a Manners EH-1 or McMillan A-3 Sporter on this one. I have to use a stock pack to get my eye lined with scope properly.

6.5 creed, had to see for myself.

Curtis Custon axiom
Hawk hill marksman, it was 23" but now it is just under 20" after it was set back.
419 hellfire, it had a muzzle breaks and more lil' beast for 1800 rounds.
Jewel trigger
M5 dbm
Manners PRS-1, pillars and devcon bedded from the tang to the recoil lug.
Pst gen ii, 5-25x50 mil/mil, upgraded from a 3-15x42 swfa SS
Weight around 10-11#
Shoots 140 eld-ms at 2725-2730

I shoot it in NRL/tactical matches, prone long range steel, it has shot f-open (not for score because of the brake), I have shot it to 1250 and hope to get to a mile this year. It excels at nothing, I have no ballistic advantage over the other 6.5's in its class and am probably behind most of the pipsqueak 6's (brx, bra, dasher, etc) on anything inside 1200. Despite that I have a second and two third place finishes with it last year. it is exactly what you would expect a creedmoor to be: consistent and frankly, a little boring. No fire forming, no unicorn powders, easy to find components and tons of data.

I upgrade it as I can, am really liking the gen ii pst as this year's upgrade. Trying to decide on if I will stay with creedmoor or go back to .260, the barrel will go over 3000 rounds this year unless I change.
