6.5 284 Reamer

I know this has been hashed out before, but it's been awhile and there may be some new info on this.

Ordering a reamer for a 6.5 284 Norma. Shooting Lapua brass with the necks cleaned up about 90% which gives me a .293 loaded neck. I could easily turn them 100% and get a .292 loaded neck instead. Want to shoot 147's really, but will probably plan freebore around a 140 Berger VLD instead to be on the safe side. Not a ton of BTO difference in the two.

Please post up with specific reamers that are working well for you on either Bergers or the 147 ELD M's.

Anyone use the Whitley 2 reamer from JGS?? .296 neck and .175 freebore?

I just use my 6.5 x .284 Winchester finish reamer and a separate throating reamer to cut the throat. I had the neck diameter of the reamer altered for a no turn neck with Lapua Brass (.0025"- .003" clearance).
