What's your use goal and what's your budget.. a good 3-9 would work fine, but if your wanting to dial your shots for long range then there are a ton of great ones anything from a vortex pst to a Tangent Theta, Schmidt & Bender and Zero compromise.

For a good budget scope, I liked my Gen 1 Razor hd that was on my 50 bmg, but for the little bit extra I really like my gen2 razor hd 4.5-27 that is on my new rifle... there just very heavy. Any way let us know your budget and what you want to do with the rifle.

If you're just going to mag dump into dirt then a red dot is just as good as a scope.

don't forget about IOR Valdada. A Terminator looks awesome on a big .50BMG like a Steyr HS50.

I would get a gen 2 razor 4.5-27 can be had for $1600-$1700 new if you talk to the right people. Great scope for the money most of the higher end scopes are starting close to $3000

Very easily. Had a gen 1 razor hd on my 50 bmg and liked it. the gen 2 is built like a tank and weighs like one too

You may also consider the Athlon Cronus. It's in your budget and will actually track. Athlon says it's 50 rated.

They track and hold zero great. The Athlon Cronus is a good scope as well, I just like the features on the Gen 2 Razor a little better for a little more money

Used S&B PMII's on em with success. Not the most affordable option. I'd agree a razor 2 is probably a good option.

GEN 2 HD Razor 4.5 X 27. We have (2) and they are great. We also have NF ATARC 7X35 and work well. The only difference is about several thousand dollars.

Hard sell on the Vortex here. Keep it as an option but do some research and look around.
