Today is our 42nd anniversary and I am blessed in so many ways to have someone that puts up with ALL of my crapola hunting, fishing and whatever. I almost lost my wife in 2010 that changed our lives in so many ways. You become more grateful for every day that you are together and have each other to enjoy life, our grandchildren and each day that you have to spend with each other.

I started a thread couple years ago: "Every day is a blessing." that is so true for us and I am thankful for it.

Congratulations, my wife and I celebrated our anniversary this past weekend. On Sunday out pastor challenged the congregation to make a list of all the blessings God has bestowed in our lives, my wife was number one.

Congrats to you and your GREAT Bride. There is probably a lot of things you are doing now because of your wife helping out. You can't have a good life unless you have a GREAT wife!

Jill and I are having our Anniversary on October 4th. Last year we celebrated by going to Nashville and the Honky Tonks (made a POWDER run along the way). This year we are spending several days at our Shooting/Hunting Cabin. Relaxing/shooting/ maybe some Deer & Coyote Hunting.
Jill has been an angel heaven taking care of me the past years with my spinal cord injury and she shoots, hunts and likes working on firearms.

Congratulation Muddyboots!

My wife and I are on 16th year. She puts up with my hunting. She even goes with me, sometimes. She is even allowing to spend more money on an Aoudad hunt than what she spent on a trip she took with her mother to Ireland back in July.
