I have 3 primary rifles I load for and with the powder shortage, I'm looking at options for scaling back on powder variations. I currently have a sweet load for my .260 with IMR 4064. I have lots of 4064, so I'd like to work up a load for my .204 with it. I currently shoot a 39 gr Sierra BK, but I'm going to have to buy new bullets soon, soooo... Anyone shooting 4064 with success in their .204? Share a recipe if you would.

I have run the figures through QL and case capacity will put a brake on performance. Depending on COL and barrel length you can expect full cases and a speed of 3400fps (24 inch barrel) with the 39gr bullet. The suggested 23gr is a good starting point and 25 to 25,5gr should get you close to that speed and predicted 46 000 psi.
