The Accubonds. I double checked Nosler and according to their ballistic at 500 there is still 1900 fps. Realistically I won't go over 450. Probably worry about all this and shoot my deer at 125 yards in a calm breeze.
Yeah... The accubonds hold together with more tenacity than the VLDs or BTs, however, if you hit solid bone... Upper leg or shoulders.., I think the accubond will serve you better than the BTs. If you slip a rib, then the BTs might be a better choice. I see the 168 gr Vld as coming in somewhere between the two. You made me chuckle. I figured I'd be taking mine from 450-600 this year and ended up with a 250 shot! So much for planning!
