Access to property. Power about half mile N/E from it.
Parcel #85 N/E 1/4 of the S/E Sec. 27 T33 N R87 W
I can give GPS cords if interested.
No restrictions on property.
Has 2 seasonal creeks on it. One larger to the south.
2 seasonal ponds. Road access all the way north to south end of property.

If google earth or use Hunt Maps it will show the prior owners name.
I have owned since 1997. I contacted Hunt Maps to update. They said next update is less than four months. I gave them all info and gps cords.

Is it wooded? How is the deer and elk habitat for hunting? thanks
 
It's mostly sage. Elk winter on it. Antelope all over. Deer also. it's in the lower foothills on east side of the Rattlesnake Mountain range. You can see it if you google earth or Hunt Maps. I've see n deer and antelope feeding side by side on it. The deer are is 89. one of the best and hard to draw. Antelope is 72. not hard to draw. Elk is 23. Good area but not there best.
