What barrels and what twist are people running for .375 caliber? I'm interested in the Lehigh 330, Sierra 350 and the cutting edge 350-375 bullets.

A 32" 9 twist would treat you well.
The 9 twist will work well with the 350 SMKs yet allow you enough stabilization to play around with some of the solids.
