35 whelen load data

Does anyone have load data for 35 whelen?- I have a box of Woodleigh Weldcore 275 gr PSP in .358 and wanted to try them out. Powders I have that should work are RL15 and H4895 based off of info I can see for 250grs in Nosler info. I do have RL 16 and RL23 (which may be too slow but might work with the heavy bullet??) would either of those work? thanks

Does anyone has access to QL that could run those powders?
