340 WBY MK5 load suggestions. stay with 225's or move up to 250's?

Hi, I trying to decide weather to stay with the 225 grn bullets i've been shooting or move up to a 250 grn bullet. I inherited a couple boxes of 250 grn red box interlocks but was wanting something with a higher BC.

Should I stick with the 225's for velocity or 250's for the energy?

Any load suggestions on either?
