Is the 300gr Berger elite hunter worth the wait and does anybody know when berger is planning on shipping? Should I just order some 300gr sierra matchkings? How are the matchkings on length and weight? Are they consistent?

Just today I checked the weight on the 300 grn 338 Sierra bullets I just got and they go from 300.0 to 300.9 in 40 I checked.Jim

Sportsmans in Idaho Falls had a box of 250 of the 300 grain hybrid OTM. Good luck.

Yes, same design. Jackets are thicker on the OTM's but load development (in theory) should be interchangeable using the OTM. The hybrid design lends itself to not being as seating depth sensitive but as always, that depends upon your rifle.
