338 win mag Loads???

Does any one have a good load for a 338 wm? Brother in law wants to start reloading so he can shoot more, he hunts elk and mule deer with it.

I woked up to (pressure wise); 77.0 gr H4831 with 210 gr Nosler Partition (NP), 74.0 gr H4831 with 225 gr N.P, & 70.0 gr H4831 with the 250 gr. NP.
This is from a Rem. 700 Classic with a 24" bbl. Work up slowly.
