Hi Folks,
I am in need of some good loads, for my ruger 77 338, with 225grain Barnes TSX bullets. I have shot the XLCs but am wanting to change to the TSX. Hope some of you have some Ideas. I'm not looking for maximum velocity just good accurate loads.
Thanks

I would try Hodgdon 414. It is a spherial powder and it compacts and measures very well. Since you are a barnes I would start at 65 grains up and measure each case for head expansion before and after the shot. I have loaded the same load and have gone up to 72 grains but that is in my rifle and my load and please start much lower!
