338 Ultra Mag info question

I just received some data for the 338 Ultra and it is as follows.
225 grain Nosler Accubond
Federal 215M
100 grains H 1000
Remington brass
Velocity 3300 out of a 28 inch barrel.

Does this sound about right?

With a 28" tube, it could be possible.

I am loading 96.0 grs RL25 with the 225 gr AB and Federal GM215M primers in a R-P case. I am getting groups in the .5's with my M700 LSS. My MV is approx 3100 fps.
