Is an RCBS JR2 tall enough to satisfactorily load .338 RUM? I'm thinking specifically about having a charged brass in the shell holder and being able to place the bullet on it with reasonable ease.

Does anyone know the distance between the top of the (lowered) ram and the bottom of the top strap?
