338 Norma what twist

Going to build a 338 Norma and want to know what twist to go with.Barrel will be 26 or 28 long want to shoot 208gr to 300gr bullets.Any help would be appreciated

1 in 10 should work for the most of but most people are using like 1 in 9 for the 300gr bullets. Myself I have a 1 in 10 shilen on mine and im using 300 gr bullets.

Mine was built for 300's only with a 1-9:3 twist

So with a 9.3 twist can you still shoot the 210,240.250, to with no problems.Or only with the slower twist 1-10.

Yea you should be fine I dont think it would turn the RPMs to spin them apart.

My rifle has a 1 in 10 twist and it shoots all bullet weights well.
