.338 Norma Mag Snap Caps-do they exist?

Is there such a thing? I need to do some serious dry firing practice.

Along those lines, it there a real danger in dry firing a Stiller Tac338 action? I know that's a no-no with rimfires and certainly with older weapons but thinking it may not harm a modern day firing pin.

That would be a great DIY project.

Simply insert (pressure fit) a piece of very hard rubber into the primer pocket, or

Fill the primer pocket using the wife's hot glue gun.

Oh yeah, use a empty case.
