If going with a 338 LMAI you just have to fire form the cases. That can be done with 338LM ammo in the imp chamber so you can shoot and then get fireformed cases.

The RUM is going to be easier to build. If you want a repeater Edge you will need to do metal work on the rear of the mag opening in the action and on the bolt stop. Before that stops you, I did mine with a Dremel and several hours of very careful work, and it looks great. For me, the extra work to build an Edge was worth it. I used a McGowen prefit with a nut and it ties for the most accurate rifle I own with my F-Class gun.
