decided to just stay with my 338 Lapua AI that is all worked out and ready to shoot with loads now.

selling my 338 Big Baer. It is unfired.

1.6" Stiller 408 action, Bartlein barrel fluted, 1.350 for 5 " tapered to 1.0 with Holland Radial brake with 9.7 twist.

Joel Russo exhibition grade bubinga A5L stock

Comes with 100 pieces of neck turned brass ready to fireform, 50 shell reloading block and 100 round Pelican shell case.

Was it built by Russo or someone else? What does it weigh? Was it not even test fired to verify function and/or accuracy? Thank you, and I am sorry if I missed answers to these in original post.

Both Bruce Baer and Joel built the gun. Bruce did the chambering and metal while Joel did the stock and bedding.

BountyHunter does not know this, but his rifle was test fired before it left the shop.

It has one round down the barrel.
