Selling my Thompson Contender 14 inch 309 JDJ and 16 inch 30-30 barrel, both with reloading dies.
The 309 comes with a Burris 3-9 Variable scope, T-SOB scope mounts, Pachmayr grip/forearm, several different grip and forearm bolts either for use with sling or bench shooting and extended hammer.
Trigger has been set to 1.5 lbs. This is a excellent hunting gun for Antelope, Deer, Elk or Bear. Using a 125 grain I have measured a 3400 FPS which more than sufficient to bring down a Antelope or Deer.
The 30-30 comes with a Burris 2 1/2-7 scope and Burris mount and rings, original wooden forearm. The barrel has been crowned back by JDJ.
