155 tmk vs 178 bthp with a 22 " bartlein barrel 1/10. Which would be a better choice for 1000 yards? Or even the 175 tmk?

For me it would be the 178 BTHP or the 175 tmk or smk. The BTHP has a BC close to .5 its advertised .53 but has been tested at .5 to .51. Still a very accurate bullet. Don't know much about the 175 TMK but the 175 SMK has a track record that cant be ignored.

Especially the 155. They were designed specifically for the 308 for 1k yards at 308 velocity.
